These terms cover solvrane.com, Solvrane's social media accounts, and the tools Solvrane uses to publish to them. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Using the site

The site describes Solvrane's services. It's general information, not advice for your business, and nothing on it is an offer that forms a contract. Prices on the site are starting prices; the price for a project is the one in its written quote.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, or send spam or harmful content through the enquiry form.

Projects

Every project is agreed in writing before work starts. Its fixed written quote sets out the scope, the price, the payment terms and the delivery date. If a quote or a signed agreement says something different from these terms, the quote or agreement applies to that project.

Social accounts and posting tools

Solvrane publishes to its own accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok through Postiz, an open-source scheduler that runs on a server Solvrane controls. The apps Solvrane registers with those platforms are used only by Solvrane, only for Solvrane's own accounts: to publish and schedule posts and to read the statistics for those posts. They don't sign in other people or collect information about people who view or interact with the posts. Each platform's own terms also apply when you use it.

Content and trademarks

The text, images, video, logos and design of the site and of Solvrane's posts belong to Solvrane. You're welcome to link to them and share them as they are; please don't copy them or use them to suggest Solvrane endorses you. Product names such as Odoo, SuiteCRM and Mautic belong to their owners and appear only to describe the tools Solvrane works with.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites are there for convenience. Solvrane doesn't control those sites and isn't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. Solvrane works to keep it accurate and available, but can't promise that it's always complete, current or free of interruptions. As far as the law allows, Solvrane isn't liable for losses that come from relying on the site's general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

Changes

Solvrane may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
